YOUR TASKS:
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of IAM/PAM experts
- Development of the team structure and technical focus areas – including coaching, mentoring and skill development

Resource planning, project management and quality assurance in customer projects
Hands-on technical contribution to selected projects (e.g. architecture design, integration, troubleshooting) - Strategic further development of our PAM offering together with senior management and Sales
- Participation in pre-sales activities, proposal design and customer presentations

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Several years of experience as a senior consultant or (sub-)project manager in the IAM field, ideally with a focus on PAM
- Deep technical understanding of PAM core functions:
- Credential vaulting, session management, just-in-time access, monitoring
- PAM products such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Wallix or similar
- Very good knowledge of IT infrastructures (Windows, Linux, AD/LDAP, networks, APIs)
- Initial experience in team leadership or coordination, along with a confident leadership style
- High level of personal responsibility, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- C1-level German and B2-level English skills
- Confident handling of regulatory requirements such as:
- NIS2, DORA, GDPR
- BAIT, KAIT, ZAIT
- BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27001
