What you will do

• Act as the appointed person responsible for hazardous materials transport
• Manage all logistics processes from goods receipt through storage, picking, and dispatch
• Perform and follow up on inspections, tests, and maintenance activities, and ensure timely supply of required chemicals to production areas
• Process orders including material requisitions (via SAP) and track deliveries
• Monitor material inventories, shelf lives, and demand, including early escalation in the event of shortages
• Organize and handle returns and empty containers, including preparation of all required shipping and accompanying documents
• Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental regulations when handling chemicals and hazardous materials
• Conduct inventory counts as well as regular stock and storage location inspections
• Handle outbound shipments from the central warehouse and chemical warehouse
• Carry out internal material transport (including hazardous goods)
• Operate industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts)
• Support precious metals handling in the central warehouse in compliance with specific security and documentation requirements
• Manage and document inventories at external storage locations
• Prepare analyses, reports, and documentation related to warehouse operations
• Support warehouse organization, e.g. through inventory checks and ensuring correct warehouse labeling
• Participate in task-related projects
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What you will need

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
• Ideally initial professional experience in warehouse operations and/or hazardous materials handling
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP MM
• Good to very good English skills, written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Accuracy and flexibility
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• High level of commitment and physical resilience
• Experience operating industrial trucks (e.g. forklifts)

Deine Hauptaufgaben

• Funktion als beauftragte Person für den Gefahrstofftransport
• Abwicklung aller logistischen Prozesse vom Wareneingang über Einlagerung, Kommissionierung bis zum Warenausgang
• Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Inspektionen, Prüfungen sowie Wartungen und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Versorgung der Produktionsbereiche mit benötigten Chemikalien
• Bearbeitung von Bestellungen inklusive Materialanforderung (via SAP), Lieferverfolgung
• Überwachung von Materialbeständen, Haltbarkeiten und Bedarfen inkl. frühzeitiger Eskalation bei Engpässen
• Organisation und Abwicklung von Retouren und Leergut inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen Versand- und Begleitdokumente
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben im Umgang mit Chemikalien und Gefahrstoffen
• Durchführung von Inventuren sowie regelmäßigen Bestands- und Lagerplatzkontrollen
• Abwicklung von Warenausgängen im Zentral- und Chemikalienlager
• Durchführung des innerbetrieblichen Materialtransports (inkl. Gefahrgut)
• Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen (z. B. Gabelstapler)
• Unterstützung beim Edelmetallhandling im Zentrallager unter Einhaltung spezifischer Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsanforderungen
• Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Beständen auf externen Lagerflächen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Dokumentationen im Lagerumfeld
• Unterstützung bei der Lagerorganisation, z. B. durch Bestandskontrollen und Sicherstellung einer korrekten Lagerkennzeichnung
• Mitarbeit in tätigkeitsrelevanten Projekten
• Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Lager und/oder Gefahrstoffbereich
• Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel) und SAP MM
• Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Genauigkeit und Flexibilität
• Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und körperliche Belastbarkeit
• Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen
