Test Manager (f/m/x) Sales & Service CRM
Your responsibilities
As a Test Manager (f/m/x) Sales & Service CRM, you will ensure the quality and compliance of our CRM solutions across Sales and Service at Sysmex Europe. Your key responsibilities include:
- Defining and managing comprehensive test strategies and test plans aligned with DevOps workflows and project requirements
- Designing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality test cases for functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing
- Coordinating and monitoring test execution, including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and reporting of test results
- Collaborating closely with development, product, and operations teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Driving continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, automation approaches, and quality metrics
- Supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in accordance with ISO 13485, including risk-based validation planning, documentation, evidence collection, and audit readiness
- Contributing to the design of Sales and Service processes and supporting user story creation and software bug management
- Leading or supporting ad-hoc projects related to CRM quality assurance and system enhancements
Your profile

- Profound knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent organisational skills and a highly analytical and structured way of thinking
- A pragmatic, problem-solving, and deadline-oriented working style
- High level of commitment, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
- Interdisciplinary thinking and a structured approach to complex tasks
- Strong communication skills and confident argumentation
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Several years of professional experience in an international company and/or international project environments and
experience with Azure DevOps and DevOps-based testing or delivery environments are considered an advantage
