• Develop & monitor effective measures for financial risk identification

• Develop regular FX exposure and provide guidance on hedging activities

• Evaluate the Groups hedging effectiveness

• Trading of FX derivatives (mainly via 360T)

• Review & develop the Groups investment strategy & group-wide investment processes in close collaboration with the Head of Treasury

• Manage the Groups investments portfolio and seek ways to improve profitability in interest income

• Trading of investment instruments

• Develop trading and investment infrastructures (incl. DRV, ISDA, Accounts, Tools, Connectivity, Relationships)

• Support the Head of Treasury with financing projects

• Ensure compliance with processes, policies & controls (incl. SOX)

• Contribute to cash flow forecasting, ensuring accurate short‑, mid‑, and long‑term liquidity projections and coordinating inputs from Finance, FP&A, and operational teams

• Assist in the execution and coordination of treasury‑related transactions, including intercompany funding, FX settlements, interest payments, and documentation workflows

• Support with customer/vendor credit risk management

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or another related field

• Further professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is a plus

• 3+ years relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Banking

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Excellent user skills in MS Excel & Power Point

• ERP user experience with IFS and SAP is a plus

• Experience with 360T and Treasury Management Systems
