Deine Aufgaben

• Supporting regional strategy execution, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Tracking roadmap progress and preparing status updates, KPI reports, and presentations
• Providing project management support: scoping, planning, milestones, and progress tracking
• Supporting workshops (preparation, facilitation, documentation, follow-up)
• Assisting with opportunity analysis, implementation of actions, and results validation
• Supporting functional activities on demand (cost control, service product data, training tracking, process compliance)

Deine Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Analysis, Life Sciences, or related field
• Availability 10–20 hours per week for at least 6 months
• Strong organisational skills and basic project experience
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) or ERP systems (SAP)
• Basic understanding of medical device lifecycle, quality or regulatory environment
• Previous internship or part-time experience in technical service, product management, or continuous improvement
