Working Student (m/f/d) Documentation Management

YOUR TASKS:

• Assist in launching a SharePoint site for the structured storage of technical documentation within Engineering
• Monitoring and tracking of timely, order-specific information, documentation requirements, project progress, and deadlines
• Creation, administration, and delivery of technical data
• Quality control and analysis of defined data/information (e.g., comparison with standards, follow-up on open issues) or processes
• Requesting and coordinating technical information in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
• Creation and editing of content in PowerPoint

YOUR PROFILE:

• Enrolled student in the field of Technical Communication or a comparable discipline
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong affinity for software tools and digital work environments (Microsoft 365; especially SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Reliability and a high level of responsibility
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Proactive mindset and willingness to adapt to new topics
• Interest in technical documentation and international projects
• Analytical thinking and a strong sense for processes and interfaces
