Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Working Student to support the Head of FCL Procurement with day-to-day procurement activities and escalations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ocean freight procurement and market dynamics while contributing to impactful projects at DHL Industrial Projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the FCL Procurement Head with operational and strategic procurement tasks.
• Support in managing escalations and resolving issues with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis on container shipping trends and pricing.
• Help maintain and update procurement data, reports, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement processes.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results with attention to detail.

Your Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field).
• Basic understanding of logistics operations, preferably in freight forwarding or shipping lines.
• Familiarity with FCL (Full Container Load) processes and container market dynamics would be desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations professionally.
• Proactive, motivated to learn, and eager to create impact, even in small tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
