Your responsibilities:
With us, you will take on a supportive role while gaining comprehensive insights into strategic decision-making processes:- Strategy Development : Actively support the management in strategic initiatives and projects .
- Market Analysis : Continuously monitor and analyze markets , trends , competitors , and new business opportunities .
- Decision Preparation : Create market and competitive analyses as well as business cases .
- Sales Support : Assist in analyzing and preparing sales strategies and goals .
- Communication Materials : Prepare presentations , decision papers , and reports for the management .
- Partnerships : Research and prepare information regarding potential partnerships or acquisitions .
- Project Coordination : Assist in coordinating and communicating with various departments .
- Idea Generator: Proactively contribute your own ideas concerning business field development and process optimization .
Your qualifications:
- Education : Currently enrolled in a relevant program of study (e.g., IT Management & Consulting, Business Informatics , Business Administration with an IT focus , Industrial Engineering).
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension .
- Initial Experience : Preferably some first experiences ( internships , working student roles , projects ) in strategy , market analysis , consulting , or sales .
- Communication Skills : Enjoy working on new topics and presenting your results .
- Work Approach : Independent, structured , and result-oriented .
- Interest : High interest in technological innovation and digital business models .
- Software Skills : Proficient in MS Office ( especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Optional : Familiarity with Jira, Slack & Confluence .
- Language Skills : Fluent in German ( negotiation level ) and very good English skills .
