Beiersdorf Health Management stands for a service-oriented, innovative concept and for excellent occupational health and safety. You will continue to drive forward the digitalization project in the Medical division and support the Medical team with administrative tasks in daily business.

• Entering old files for digitization
• Welcoming our clients at reception and clarifying their concerns
• Answering telephone inquiries and helping them as far as possible
• Supporting health management campaigns (e.g. flu vaccination)
• Replenish materials, hand out first aid kits

Your Profile

• Studies in a related field to health in the broadest sense
• Proactive, "can-do" mentality
• Flexible, solution- and service-oriented
• Confident in using MS Office applications
• Confident German and English language skills
