A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student in Offshore Sales Hamburg your responsibilities will include assisting the team with various tasks related to demand and capacity, supervising progress against established targets, and ensuring clarity in the portfolio. You will coordinate project updates in line with demand forecasts, support process improvements, and build specific load plans for projects. Additionally, you will focus on refining Sales workflows and utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Power BI, while also coordinating meetings and contributing to presentation development. Your position will be based in Hamburg, working closely with the Offshore Sales team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the Sales strategic planning team in various demand and capacity related responsibilities, tasks, presentations and meetings
- Track & report the demand development vs. targets and capacities and assure portfolio transparency at all times
- Align and ensure status, progress and outlook with relevant Sales projects in line with the demand plans
- Facilitate planning process related optimization measures and provide project specific load plans and scenarios to Sales projects
- Frequently follow up on maintaining, updating, and improving Sales processes, presentations and IT tools. (e.g. Salesforce, Polarion/DRIM, Sharepoint, PowerBI)
- Organization and execution of meetings, take part in team meetings and support in the preparation of presentations

- Available for at least one year, preferably with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business administration field
- Possess a valid “Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” (certificate of enrolment) from your university
- Interested in cross-functional work and collaboration
- Proficient in MS Office 365, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Proficient in English, both orally and in writing
- Great teammate with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and possessing intercultural awareness; based in the Hamburg office with potential for limited home office
