YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Support throughout the recruiting process, from creating and posting job ads to screening applications, communicating with applicants, and scheduling interviews
- HR Administration: Processing employee inquiries and requests, as well as data maintenance and updates in internal knowledge management and our HR management program
- Employee Lifecycle: Preparing and implementing onboarding content, as well as managing and processing our benefits
- Rebranding Support: Maintaining job portals and updating internal HR documents
- People & Culture Projects: Collaborating on cross-departmental HR projects (including culture, personnel development, employer branding)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Advanced bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management, business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, personnel development, or a comparable human resources-related degree program
- Initial practical experience in HR is a plus, but not a must
- Fluent German and at least good written and spoken English
- Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- You are a good fit for us if you are a team player, eager to learn, happy to take on responsibility, and enjoy people & culture topics
- Openness, a culture of feedback, and the courage to contribute your own ideas are particularly important to us
