Your area of responsibility
- Supporting the recording, structuring, filing and visual representation of processes, roles and decision paths.
- Collaboration in research, analyses, quality checks and organization of feedback from the specialist departments.
- Support in organizational tasks in process management as well as in the creation and implementation of training documents on process architecture.
- Sub-project work: Checking month-end closing data for plausibility, communicating with property managers to clarify errors and developing and testing audit logics for a new target process.
We are looking for
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the field of real estate management or business administration with a focus on real estate
- Structured and very careful way of working
- Independence and motivation when working on tasks
- Quick comprehension
- Good MS Office skills, especially MS Office and MS Excel
- Good written expression
