Your Tasks
Reporting to Senior HR Business Partner EUNA, we are looking for a highly proactive, personable and well-organized working student to support our HR team across regional Europe & North America (EUNA) on a broad range of people-related topics. In this role, you will closely collaborate with EUNA regional office people managers and employees, EUNA HR Leadership Team, HR Centre of Excellences and People Service to support the delivery regional HR business partnering and projects.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- EUNA HR Business Partnering
- Compensation & Benefits: Support offer management, manage recognition awards (Germany), conduct analysis and generate insight to inform decision-making.
- Resourcing/Recruiting: Support and occasionally lead recruitment processes, create new positions in Employee Central, administer recruitment processes (e.g. kick-off forms), advise managers on hiring needs, collaborate with Talent Acquisition and candidates throughout the process.
- Maternity/Long term leave/vacancy management: Develop, maintain and own processes
- Annual process support: Prepare reminders and communication materials, maintain and update distribution lists
- Remote working support: Gather and consolidate key insights on local policies and process timelines
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Collect, analyze and interpret HR-related data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- EUNA community engagement: Support the development of communication channels and initiatives that strengthen inclusion, connection, and belonging across the region.
- EUNA projects: Support for designated initiatives, take the lead on EUNA-wide projects such as Talent Management, Teampulse and Talent Development Programmes. Contribute to project delivery by organizing events and meetings, preparing materials and creating high-quality slide decks and presentations. Assist with ongoing project coordination, ensuring timelines, stakeholders and deliverables are aligned.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous internship or working student experience in HR is an advantage.
- Strong logicial and numerical abilities, with the capability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Shows autonomy in problem-solving, actively seeks information and solutions without the need for continuous guidance.
- Genuine enthusiasm for achieving business impact through people development and effective HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Fluency in German is an advantage.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.100 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.Additional information
