As the Social Media Team, we manage all relevant social media channels and create engaging fashion and lifestyle content across all platforms. In addition to fashion, we place great importance on editorial coverage of socially and culturally relevant topics. We develop creative ideas, execute collaborations, and share inspiring content on a daily basis across all social media channels.

As a Working Student in the Social Media Team for the Romanian market, you will have the opportunity to actively support the planning and execution of social media campaigns – from concept to posting – and gain valuable hands-on experience in managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Creative support in planning and implementing new campaigns for the Romanian market

• Assistance in managing IG Hosts (writing briefings, organizing sample orders, etc.)
• Supporting the creation of content for all relevant social media channels (e.g., writing captions in Romanian and English)
• Daily posting of content on all relevant social media channels
• Assisting with monitoring social media content and preparing performance reports
• Community management in close collaboration with our Customer Care Team
• Support during productions, photo/video shoots, and events
• Cross-departmental communication and organizational tasks

Requirements

• Ongoing university studies in marketing, media, communication, or a comparable field

• Strong interest in digital trends and developments in social media
• Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Native-level Romanian and fluent English or German skills (both written and spoken)
• High level of creativity and motivation
• Initial practical experience in social media is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for fashion, lifestyle, and pop culture
