Your tasks

• Responsible for all tasks that have been requested by customers with focus on customer satisfaction

• Taking care and managing new and existing customers

• Active communication with outside sales, purchasing and product management

• Customer master data management

• Preparation of quotes

• Quote follow up

• Order entry

• Monitoring and coordination of orders and contracts

• Complaint process

• Credit note creation

Our requirements

• Language skills: German C2 level; English C1 level

• Experience in distribution in the electrical industry is an advantage

• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented way of working

• Good knowledge of MS Office
