As a DevOps in our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for customer concerns and satisfaction regarding our managed IT services products. This ranges from providing assistance with simple technical questions to processing and demonstrating complex solutions for customers. You will also be responsible for supporting and administering our cloud environments and those of our customers. Applicants should therefore have broad expertise in standard IT applications.
Your tasks include:
- Installation, administration and maintenance of a virtualized server environment
- Installation, administration and maintenance of a Kubernetes environment
- Installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of server systems, storage systems and their services
- Configuration and support of network (LAN/WAN), firewall and security components
- Support of our departments in first and second level support
- Implementation and optimization of processes in GitLab
- Development and maintenance of CI/CD infrastructure and build pipelines
- Development of suitable tools according to CI/CD standards
- Support of Git and artifact development systems
- Support and supervision of software release processes
- Close collaboration with the development team
- Implementation of own projects as project manager
- IT system support and maintenance of customer systems and managed service systems
- Technical documentation tasks
This is what you should bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration or comparable qualification
- Well-developed abstract-logical thinking skills
- High IT affinity and very good corresponding know-how
- Experience as a system administrator
- Experience with Linux and Windows serversExperience in network, firewall, and security technologies
- Experience with CI/CD systems
- High service and customer orientation
- Very good German and English, both written and spoken, as well as precise, friendly and service-oriented expression
- Experience in the help/service desk
- Independent, structured way of working with a strong team spirit
- High level of initiative and comprehension
