Job description
- You will be responsible for the expert support and continuous optimisation of the clinical application systems, taking into account internal quality standards and specialist requirements
- In addition, you will be responsible for the analysis and sustainable elimination of software-related faults within the existing IT infrastructure in first and second level support
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of new software componentsinfrastructure in first and second level support
- In addition, you will oversee the installation and configuration of new software components and actively support the implementation of system-wide updates and release changes
- The creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as user training:
- In addition, you will support the planning and implementation of IT projects for the digitalisation of clinical processes in close coordination with the specialist departments involved
- Furthermore, you will support the connection of large medical devices to the existing system landscape and ensure smooth data exchange between the platforms
- Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring the system interfaces and proactively identifying errors to ensure maximum availability of all supported applications
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT system administrator (m/f/d) or IT administrator (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational application support or technical IT support, ideally within a complex institutional environment
- You have a sound knowledge of common ticket systems, Windows operating systems and basic experience with SQL databases and network structures characterise you in particular
- You have a native level of written and spoken German for precise communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Furthermore, you have a high level of analytical thinking and a strong service orientation in dealing with different user groups
- Finally, you are resilient and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, to ensure a high quality of service at all times, even in time-critical situations
- In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
