• Planning, preparation and follow-up of FI committee meetings (APA, APD, SKB)
• Preparation of meeting documents and presentations for specific target groups
• Implementation of member management for committee representatives
• Event organization and coordination of preparation dates

• Degree in business administration, communication sciences or German studies or comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in the field of writing structured documents and preparing them graphically as well as in coordinating appointments
• Practical knowledge of all Office tools and the use of AI tools
• Knowledge of the further development of banking applications or service provider management is an advantage
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in German are a mandatory requirement
• Ability and willingness to organize complex processes as well as independent, solution-oriented work
