• Conduct process analysis together with markets to identify use cases in the realm of automation and AI
• Research into GPT and Agentic AI tools, build a foundation to fit solution to need.
• Categorize use cases to different AI & Automation solution bucket
• Map the existing ContiGPT offering to the use cases
• Identify gaps and recommend AI solution (fit to need basis)
• Build small prototypes
• Create a roadmap for solution and use cases collected.

• Academic Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with experience
• Some experience in software development field is preferred
• Strong communication skills (English), both verbal and written
• Enjoys working in a diverse team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment
• Knowledge and interest related to Data Science and AI is preferred
