• As IT Application Specialist SAP CS, you will utilize best practices and methodologies to design, customize, implement and enhance functionality in the domain of SAP Customer Service (CS).
• You work closely together with other IT Business Consultants, IT Application Specialists and IT Development Specialists to translate business requirements into efficient processes and functions within the SAP application.
• The role includes documenting business processes and their technical implementation in SAP ERP Europe.
• Furthermore, you consult our internal customers on the best practice usage of the SAP CS module to fulfill business needs and drive process efficiency.
• You will also find plenty of variety with us: From implementing project solutions in SAP CS and supporting all testing phases, to realizing system changes through customizing or program development based on change requests – it’s all part of your scope.
• You ensure a smooth handover to the business by conducting quality checks and providing active support during the go-live and post-go-live phases.
• In addition, you handle incidents and service requests in daily operations, and you manage integration topics with related modules such as SD, MM or FI as well as external systems.
• You provide guidance and documentation for key users and support knowledge transfer through training or user support where necessary.
• You actively drive the application operation area by solving incidents in the second and third level support.
• Of course, you will first get to know our products and internal processes. A strong team is always around you, training courses make you fit for action. A buddy is there for you.
• Speaking of the team: There are currently 7 smart people in region - all of them feel a good and friendly bond locally/virtually. Team spirit unites and grounds us.

This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for the duration of two years.


Your skills to rethink impact

• Ideally, you have a degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, come from an IT background, and have several years of experience in ABAP development as well as in the processes of the SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
• Are you just starting your career? No problem – we’ll build on the knowledge you gained during your studies or vocational training.
• If you already have business process knowledge, you’re in the right place with us.
• You quickly grasp what really matters and know how to guide others to solutions with both empathy and strategic thinking. You're able to translate your technical expertise into language that resonates with a wide variety of audiences.
• Team collaboration is your foundation for achieving shared goals – but you also see real value in cross-functional and external networking.
• You work well with different personalities and genuinely enjoy communicating on equal footing – it's your preferred way of connecting.
• You speak English fluently and have a good command of German, or are confident in your ability to pick up key terms quickly.
