Job Responsibilities:
Ihre Aufgaben :
- Verantwortung für die gesamte logistische Prozesskette sowie die strategische Ausrichtung der Logistik von Transportdienstleistungen, Steuerung der Logistikdienstleister, Lagerbewertung und Verhandlungen von Frachtverträgen
- Verantwortung für die permanente Optimierung und Verbesserung unserer Prozesse
- Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich
- Planung und Koordinierung von Projekten im Verantwortungsbereich einschließlich der Kapazitätsplanung
- Definition und Monitoring der KPIs für den Logistikbereich
- Personalverantwortung und Führungsverantwortung für ein größeres Logistik-Team mit unterschiedlichen, ineinandergreifenden Schnittstellen
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Regelungen und Vorgaben, die optimale Nutzung von Lagerflächen, Einrichtungen und Material
Ihr Profil:
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit Führungserfahrung idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld/ JIS-Umfeld
- Idealerweise fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Methoden und modernem Supply Chain Management
- Hohe Prozesskompetenz im Bereich Logistik
- Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und strategisches Denken zeichnet Sie aus
- Hands-on-Mentalität mit Teamplayer Eigenschaften und geschicktem Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeitenden
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
