You can look forward to
- As a process owner for change management, you will play a central role in the management and further development of our IT processes
- You create, review and track changes - from the initial request to successful implementation - and ensure that all changes are documented transparently and implemented on time
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of releases
- You support and accompany colleagues in the change and release processes
- Together with your team, you maintain and develop our environment plan
You come equipped with
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics and/or completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in change and release management in the area of IT services
- Sound expertise in agile working methods (e.g. Kanban) and process frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of change, release, deployment and environment management
- German and English at a business fluent level, in combination with strong moderation and presentation skills
- Willingness to work predictable hours outside of normal working hours
