You can look forward to
- Independently underwriting life and health reinsurance business in selected Latin American markets
- Conducting marketing activities for direct markets in life and health reinsurance in Latin America or supporting our local offices with marketing initiatives, market research and client activities
- Regular travel to clients (life insurance companies and brokers) as well as international locations in Latin America, including leading contract and pricing negotiations
- Contributing to the development of product solutions and presenting them to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and delivering seminars, workshops and training sessions for our clients
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional experience in the (re)insurance industry; experience with life insurance is desirable
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Insurance, or a comparable quantitative field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent or native-level Spanish and at least business-level English; an additional language is desirable, ideally Italian or Portuguese
- Strong communication skills, high client orientation and a commitment to continuous professional and personal development
