You manage projects aimed at optimizing production processes in the field of extrusion blow molding. This lays the foundation for process engineering to develop efficient and stable processes.

Your goal: By using the newest technologies and innovative methods, we achieve the highest product quality through economically efficient processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Process development & optimization: Improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Technology deployment: Advance state-of-the-art technologies in close collaboration with partners such as Soplar, R&D, and the Business Unit
• Digitalization: Prepare information for the automation and digitalization of workflows and data
• Innovation capability: Develop new ideas to reduce costs
• Project management: Plan, execute, and document projects, including test series and validations
• Error analysis & problem solving: Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for process deviations
• Standardization & globalization: Define process standards
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Process Technology (PT), Quality Assurance (QA), IT, Production, Business Units, and other internal stakeholders

What makes you great

• Technical education (HTL or similar) in the field of plastics processing
• Several years of experience in extrusion blow molding or a comparable role
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and self-initiative
• Good command of English and proficiency with common IT tools
• Willingness to travel and ability to work in a team
