Heidelberg Materials’ Group Compliance & Data Protection department drives and further develops globally the areas of compliance, human rights and data protection.
As Administrative Assistant Group Compliance & Data Protection (f/m/d) you will re port directly to the Head of Compliance & Data Protection and assist the position in all organizational tasks. You will act as the administrative backbone of the department and also support other team members in their daily work.
You will be based in our headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany.

You will have a key role in the Group Compliance & Data Protection department and be responsible for
actively optimizing the way the team works together,
improving collaboration workflows between the team members as well as towards other Group functions and Heidelberg Materials entities worldwide,
acting as the PowerPoint master of the department, thoroughly optimizing presentations and compliance communication,
organizing meetings and events,
arranging business travels and taking care of logistic aspects.

relevant academic background and first professional experience in a legal or compliance environment.

excellent PowerPoint skills and going the extra mile to stay tuned to the newest trends.
