About the role

The working student will assist the Consumer Care Team in their daily operations. This role will be available for 6 months, based in Heidelberg (Germany) as part of a global team.

Your responsibilities

• Support Call Center Representatives
• Be the interface between Call Center and the internal Reckitt Teams (all over Europe)
• Gather information for consumer queries and forward queries related to other departments internally
• Gather product updates from markets within the region
• Support daily team operations
• Sort and open workload (letters, products)
• Ensure product master data is updated in Consumer Care system
• Give accurate, timely and appropriate feedback on issues to the direct manager
• Handle special projects and tasks as required by Management
