Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

• Actively support the quality assurance team in achieving our high quality standards;
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure the highest production standards;
• Record and analyse measurement data for accurate QA evaluations;
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain test plans to ensure smooth processes;
• Assist with initial sample inspections and take responsibility for product approval;
• Manage retention and reference samples for quality assurance purposes.

• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office;
• Confidence in decision-making, assertiveness, and a high level of motivation;
• Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team;
• Enthusiasm for varied and demanding tasks, which you handle independently, in a structured and organised manner;
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of quality;
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
