At our location in Heinsdorfergrund near Reichenbach, we are currently looking for a permanent employee to fill the following position

OPERATIVE PURCHASER (m/f/d)*

These are your tasks

• Procurement of electronic components and determination of requirements
• Obtaining, comparing and independently negotiating quotations
• Monitoring delivery dates and managing bottlenecks
• Collaboration with development, sales and production
• Support with calculations, project requirements and alternative procurement
• Master data maintenance, invoice verification, complaint processing

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in purchasing, scheduling or supply chain management are an advantage but not essential
• You enjoy negotiating and dealing with people
• Even when the workload is high, you work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview
• You are quality-conscious and enjoy working in a team
• You are interested in technical products, ideally electronics
• You are confident in using MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage
• You have business fluent English skills for international supplier communication
