Are you looking for a new challenge and are you an organizational talent with a confident and friendly manner? Then bring your talent on board and support the strategic and operational processes in the Industrial Sales department at our Herborn headquarters.
Tasks
- Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
- Creation and interpretation of reports, dashboards and KPIs as well as the further development of key sales figures
- Analysis and optimization of sales processes by identifying trends, deviations and the resulting recommendations for action
- Preparation and follow-up of sales meetings including taking minutes and tracking measures
- Support in the creation of business cases and decision papers
- Participation in the introduction of new tools or methods in sales
- Organization of appointments, business trips and meetings as well as secretarial management and general assistance tasks
Job profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in a comparable assistant function desirable, ideally in sales
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems is an advantage
- Sales-oriented way of thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication team player with a pronounced affinity for numbers
- Good time and organizational management
