Bei CLAAS Global Sales arbeiten unsere Expertinnen und Experten für den Vertrieb unserer großen CLAAS Produktpalette im Ausland. Als Team stehen wir für den erfolgreichen Absatz der CLAAS Produkte an unsere weltweiten Vertriebspartner und Importeure. Mit Vertriebsgesellschaften weltweit bieten wir Kompetenz vor Ort und sorgen mit einem optimalen Service für einen erstklassigen Kundendienst.
Your role in our Team:
- Liaison between Business and IT: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Business Process Harmonization: Collaborate with business units across different countries to harmonize and standardize processes related to Service management and Warranty, ensuring consistency and efficiency in DMS implementation.
- Requirement Translation: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the IT development team.
- Project Progress Tracking: Monitor the progress of IT requests and development tasks, ensuring they align with business needs and project timelines.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead the testing phase to validate that the developed features meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Communication and Change Management: Communicate project updates, changes, and developments to all stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the implementation process.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials, and provide hands-on training sessions to ensure that business users are fully equipped to use the new DMS effectively.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Service management and warranty processes within a retail company.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Process Owner or in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment involving DMS or ERP systems.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional Languages: Proficiency in other languages relevant to the company's operations is an asset (German, French).
- Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
