As Executive Assistant, you will support Mr. Christophe Hannequin, Chief Financial Officer, with highly qualified and function-specific services.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, as well as preparation and follow-up of board meetings, audit committee meetings and events
- Strategic, operational, and conceptual support of the CFO in various matters
- Follow-up of tasks of the CFO and the Finance & IT Board
- Data preparation and analysis as well as the creation of presentations and documents for internal and external communication
- Preparation and interpretation of financial key figures
- Preparation and analysis of information to support well-founded decision-making
- Participation in quarterly and annual closing activities in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
- Managing communication and coordination of topics within the Finance & IT function, between board areas and with other departments in the matrix organization of the group
- Implementation of central projects within the Finance & IT function & assumption of special tasks as required
Your Profile
- Excellent university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Law or a comparable course of study; Promotion or MBA of advantage
- Internship, work experience or studies abroad of advantage
- Relevant professional experience in finance, strategy or corporate development in an internationally oriented group or consulting
- High commitment, engagement, flexibility, resilience and motivation for further development
- Excellent German and English skills
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Outstanding communication skills, confident appearance, team spirit and assertiveness
