For our client, a fashion company, we are filling the following position:

GARMENT ENGINEER (M/F/D)

• Analyze documentation regarding machine operations, safety regulations, and production processes to ensure accurate workflow and independent operation
• Create prototypes tech packs and within defined production tolerances
• Ensure all prototypes meet customer quality standards (clean, professional finish)
• Provide project-related updates and professional consultancy to our customer regarding prototype creation, workmanship, and development processes
• Guide and consult internal and external pattern engineers, product developers, and design partners on processing variations and product-specific solutions

• Extensive experience in garment prototyping and development within sportswear or high-performance apparel
• Strong technical skills in prototype creation, workmanship, and garment construction
• Ability to work independently and provide professional consultancy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
