The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
This position can be filled immediately for a period of 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support with general personnel development topics and projects in various areas
- Participation in the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of communication materials on strategic topics
- Insight into content creation and management of intranet pages for internal communication
- Administrative support, for example, managing calendars and booking travel
- Assistance in organizing events and team workshops
- Close collaboration with colleagues across the entire Europe region
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in economics, social sciences or a comparable field of study with a focus on human resources
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Creative thinking, high commitment and flexibility
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as organizational talent
