This position must be filled from April 2026 for a period of at least 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Participation in exciting international projects in the field of HR Advanced Analytics
- Coordination of interdisciplinary work packages, creation of convincing communication materials, and moderation of global meetings
- Independent handling of work packages in our projects and products as an interface between HR and other departments
- Involvement in diverse project work, such as the implementation of a company-wide HR data model
- Preparation of engaging training and communication materials, including internal blog posts and intranet presentations
- Collaboration with Schaeffler locations worldwide
Your Qualifications
- Studies in the fields of economics, communication sciences, business administration, or a similar discipline, ideally with a focus on business informatics, digital media, or social media communication
- Interest in HR processes and agile working; initial practical experience in project management is a plus
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, or Viva Engage
- Good communication skills and an affinity for data
- Creative and agile mindset as well as high commitment
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
