Your Talent
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Initial experience in financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory
At least 3 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company
Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus
High level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation
Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Your Mission
As Manager Investor Relations, you will contribute to shaping our engagement with the financial community. Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences
Assisting in building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders
Preparing presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in coordination with financial reporting and management
Conducting industry and competitor analyses; monitoring analyst reports and market sentiment
Contributing to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.
