• At least 2 years of work experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
• Strong skills in data visualization and KPI development
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into business-relevant recommendations
• Familiarity with commercial processes and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Improve business steering by enhancing data accuracy and performance tracking
• Define key commercial KPIs and develop tools to monitor and visualize performance
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to evaluate commercial process efficiency and identify improvement areas
• Analyze business data in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and initiate strategic conclusions for increased business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data relevance and usability for strategic decisions.
