A basic requirement for a working student position is proof of enrollment during the period of employment.

The position is to be filled with immediate effect.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support of team members in the preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Research on assigned topics
• Development of creative communication materials to enhance transparency and increase engagement among target groups and end users, e.g. videos, click instructions, one-pagers, intranet/VivaEngage pages
• Support in the analysis and optimization of internal processes, as well as in documentation, in cooperation with team members
• Active participation in projects and assumption of responsibility for own tasks, e.g. own work packages
• Contribution to a wide range of initiatives and topics, from the creation of presentations for top management and the CHRO to independent project tasks
• Support in the further development of the HR dashboard landscape

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in economics, social sciences, business administration, computer science, controlling, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR, controlling, or project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with the ability to structure and manage multiple tasks effectively at the same time
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams, and Jira is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• High flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing tasks and requirements, combined with strong communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and highly reliable working style, as well as motivation for personal development
