Position Description

• As a part of our Plan to Produce Process Governance Team located at our site in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) you will be responsible for the current process flows in our global Operations.
• This entails communication with global business experts and process owners as well as identifying and prioritizing operational needs.
• You will organize workshops with stakeholders to align on procedures and process flows.
• Moreover you will be part of a team responsible for the upgrade from our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4 HANA. The focus here will be on the development, testing and implementation of new standard templates for all relevant processes.
• This transformation will require to travel to other sites in order to support the global roll out.
• This position is project related and therefore limited until its completion (expected earliest December 2026).

Position Requirements

• You bring experience in process development and/or optimization.
• An university degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
• You have a strong understanding of Internal Logistic or the Production Planning processes and procedures in a medium to large company.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally S/4 HANA is needed.
• You bring a maximum attention to detail as well as analytical thinking and have the ability to organize your workload accordingly, responsibly and provide information clearly and shortly.
• You have advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) for professional work. German is gladly seen, but not mandatory.
