Your tasks
- Proactive identification of customer needs, current customer demand, and marketing opportunities, and the resulting development of appropriate measures for our B2B business
- Planning and management of larger, seasonal advertising campaigns, such as Black Week and Technology Summer, based on products, availability, and prices
- Designing and implementing sales promotion measures with associated product selection via push marketing measures
- Continuous market, trend, and competition monitoring
- Close cross-functional collaboration with various departments, such as purchasing, marketing, and e-commerce
- Evaluating performance indicators and deriving concrete recommendations for action based on data.
- Process optimization and automation of workflows in online sales (e.g., through the use of AI tools)
Your qualifications
- Degree or training in e-commerce, marketing, or comparable qualification
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing/sales or e-commerce
- Affinity and enthusiasm for e-commerce topics and current developments in the industry
- In-depth knowledge of the measurement technology or tool range is an advantage.
- A flair for business and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent and responsible approach to work
- High level of initiative, creativity, ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken English skills
