Why your work matters – and what you achieve with it

As part of your training as an IT systems electronics technician, you will accompany our field engineers to our customers to troubleshoot their systems. In doing so, you will come into contact with all the important systems within a data center and also learn about their spare parts.

You will take on the following tasks:

• Supporting technical customer service
• Communicating with the customer's technical contacts
• Processing and tracking warranty cases with the manufacturer
• Detailed documentation of the activities carried out in Sales Force and in the Field Service App
• Assisting with goods circulation: testing, refurbishment, preparation, and documentation
• Assisting with the execution of customer projects

General conditions of the apprenticeship

• 3-year training period, starting on September 1, 2026
• Dual training with block instruction
• Very practical training through assignments in the technical area of our company

What makes you the ideal trainee
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and passionate about IT. And this is what you bring to the table:

• A good secondary school diploma or the subject-specific or general university entrance qualification
• Good grades in mathematics, German, and English
• A keen interest in IT and mathematical-technical issues
• Analytical thinking and a high level of abstract reasoning
• Enjoy working in a team
• A friendly, open-minded personality with good communication skills
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English
