Area of responsibility
- Advising and supporting national and international customers
- Technical and commercial quotation and order processing
- Independent order processing and deadline monitoring
- Complaint management
- Liaison with production, logistics, quality assurance and field service
- Collaboration on the optimization, standardization, and digitization of internal processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), possibly with additional qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Experience in mechanical engineering or a technical B2B environment desirable
- Confident use of ERP systems, SAP knowledge an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Technical understanding and service-oriented, team-oriented personality
