Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead governance, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs systems
- Drive Medical Affairs system enhancements by translating business needs into digital system requirements and guiding Technology teams on prioritization
- Contribute to the Medical Affairs digital strategy by defining requirements and partnering with Technology to support implementation
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to enable global oversight and meet Medical Affairs business requirements
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs process owners to ensure Medical Affairs processes are accurately reflected and consistently supported the Medical Affairs systems
- Ensure Medical Affairs systems comply with regulatory requirements in partnership with Technology for Health Authority inspection readiness and manage remediations
- Lead issue triage, escalation, risk assessment, and cross‑functional alignment with Patient Safety, Quality, Legal, Compliance, and Technology and other functions as needed
- KPI: Medical Affairs systems operate reliably with automated data transfer to Patient Safety and Quality systems
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in life sciences, healthcare or equivalent field
- 6–10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within Medical Information, External Funding requests, Scientific Publications, and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review.
- Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and presentation skills with demonstrated digital innovation in Medical Affairs
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable digital platforms or systems preferably with hands‑on user acceptance testing]
- Experience developing and delivering training to global audiences
- Proven track record of leading complex projects within a matrix environment and balancing competing priorities.
- Fluent English
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working in global or cross‑regional/country environments
- Experience with Health Authority inspections and CAPA management
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing
