Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Execution of the portfolio strategy for Sandoz Germany from idea to launch, within the 5-year planning horizon, incl. idea generation, evaluation of potential pipeline products and forecast/ business case preparation in close alignment with business and BPA
• Planning, kick-off, coordination and progress monitoring of launch activities across functions
• Leading cross-functional local launch teams (incl. team meetings), driving decision-making across functions and ensuring overall information flow on launches within Germany and to Region EU, contact to Regional Portfolio & Launch Management
• Responsibility for project plans, milestone tracking, tracking of risks and definition of risk mitigation plans to ensure on time commercial launch readiness
• Ownership of overarching launch process, responsible for training key stakeholders on process

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• University degree in pharmaceutical (preferred) or other natural sciences. Additional knowledge in marketing, business, or economics are beneficial
• Data-Driven Decision making, strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Skilled in demand and NS forecasting, scenario planning and NS/margin analysis
• Knowledge of the German Generics Market with a solid understanding of value and competitive drivers
• Knowledge of the development, registration and the promotion of different pharmaceutical products preferred
• Expertise in managing cross-functional projects with tight timelines
• Superior Stakeholder Management, skilled in aligning diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial, and external partners
• Clear communicator with the ability to influence decision-makers across all levels of the organization
• Ability to streamline processes through continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of German, English languages
