WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• As New Business Development Manager you are responsible for:
• Identifying and researching potential clients all over Europe utilizing various tools and platforms to generate leads
• Scheduling appointments and meetings, assessing client requirements, creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
• Addressing client inquiries and providing timely solutions
• Negotiatimg terms and conditions on a legal and contractual basis
• Collaborate with internal teams for setup
• Develop the new customer until first business creation. Hand over the customer to Key Account Management for further customer development
• Provide regular updates and reports to our management on activities and results

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of experience in a sales driven position at bicycle industry dealing with bicycle OEM's
• Knowledge and understanding of the bicycle industry, especially with e-bike system manufacturers or e-bike producers while also showing good understanding of end customer needs
• Solution-orientation, customer focus and accountability
• Safe command of MS Office, basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Fluency in English and German, further language like French, Spain, Italy would be a distinct plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe, driver’s license required
