Drawing on deep knowledge of operational and regulatory dynamics in the fragrance and flavor industry, you’ll work closely with global leaders across logistics, procurement, and planning to ensure digital solutions meet evolving business demands.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Supply Chain and Operations leaders, steering digital transformation and growth initiatives
- Lead product strategy, development, and execution for critical areas including supply chain visibility, business planning, procurement, and logistics
- Sponsor and steer digital products from concept through adoption and iteration, while simplifying legacy system landscapes
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, ensuring adoption, continuous improvement, and business alignment
- Build and lead cross-functional product teams (including business and IT functions), embedding Agile practices and fostering innovation and accountability
- Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of priorities, expectations, and timelines
- Drive adoption through training, feedback loops, and regional champions; monitor product performance using data-driven KPIs
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards across operational platforms
- Build digital and data literacy across teams, promote a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
- Advise CDIO and executive leaders on strategic technology decisions; translate complex digital initiatives into actionable insights
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred
- At least 10 years of experience delivering digital strategies and solutions in Supply Chain and Operations, with several years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success leading digital transformations and aligning IT investments with strategic and operational goals
- Demonstrated impact within a product-based organization and deep understanding of product management best practices
