Your role
- You raise contracts and register new products in SAP, coordinating with Procurement Managers / Buyers for SAP contract issuance.
- You guarantee timely and comprehensive update of all SAP Purchase Info Records for both external/3rd party and inter-company purchases.
- You offer administrative support such as contract creation, price inquiries and supplier search to our Procurement team.
- You implement procurement systems, policies and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- You run material inspection lots for samples and support compliance with responsible sourcing initiatives and certifications.
- You update all accreditations and certifications, and manage all raw material and packaging requirements.
- You master data management and perform data entry such as updating SAP prices, documenting processes and ensuring accurate supplier records.
- You facilitate and lead local and regional audits and supplier registrations.
- You lead procurement in quality problem resolution and vendor non-compliance and identify, evaluate, recommend and implement quality improvements with corrective actions.
About you
- You hold an University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar field.
- You were able to gain at least 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- You are full of drive and ability to deal with multi-faceted requirements and under time pressure.
- You can well prioritize and structure your way of working.
- You are an open and pro-active communicator, good presentation skills.
- You hold the ability to interact and communicate in a manner appropriate to the target group and curious about intercultural contexts.
- You are fluent in Business English. Other additional languages are an advantage.

Your role
