Your exciting field of work:
Würth Elektronik ICS is looking for an experienced Account Manager (m/f/d) to expand our brand and presence in Czechia, win new customers, and actively grow the market for our products and systems in Czechia, Slowakia and Hungary. You will strengthen our current team and act as the key interface between customers, system integrators, distribution partners, and our international team, focusing on the construction, agriculture, and commercial vehicle sectors.
- Build relationships: Expand business relationships with established and new customers by tapping into new networks
- Conquer markets: Analyze and understand relevant markets and develop regional strategies to exploit potential
- Understanding technology: Provide technical advice and project support to customers and partners
- Take care of everything: Prepare offers, track projects through to contract conclusion, and handle additional customer requirements
- Stay organized: Collaborate effectively within an international team
Your convincing skills:
- Basics: Technical or technical-commercial education and several years of experience in sales
- Knowledge: Ideally, initial professional experience in a technical environment, key account management, or sales in automotive or commercial vehicles
- Passion: Strong customer orientation, high technical and consulting competence, international travel readiness desirable
- Communication: Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage
- Strengths: Confident appearance, excellent communication skills, independence, and high self-motivation
