Job Summary:

The role of Regional HR Leader is to support, drive and challenge the Companies Transformation to Solution organization. He/ she will work in close cooperation with the Regional & Functional Leaders in Customer Facing, Solutions or Product Development or other functional roles,. Additionally, the role will be a key part of the EMEA HR team to drive excellence in HR processes and foster Cultural change.

Responsibilities:

• Challenge, lead, coach and develop EMEA functional team leaders/ organization
• Leading cross-country projects to support cultural change
• Drives HR aspects of Solution transformation by partnering on On-boarding, capability development and behavior & cultural change with regional leaders
• Actively work with EMEA HR Leaders to drive HR excellence

Required Skills and Experience:

• Master’s in human resource management or equivalent with strong business acumen
• Min. 3 Experience in cross-country HR management in EMEA, with considerable experience in Germany
• Multilingual, English & German a must
• Cultural Aware and passion for People
• Team player, able to work in matrix organization
• Ability to lead and influence people through others
• Change agent and able to deal with ambiguity
