About the Role & Team

What You Will Do

• Implement and maintain efficient build pipelines for complex projects.

• Integrate new tools to streamline workflows and reduce build times.

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex CI/CD or integration issues.

• Collaborate with SRE on revision control; Perforce, URC, Git and related tooling like Perforce Code Review.

• Participate in strategic project planning and help meet team goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in build engineering and CI/CD.

• Experience with Python, C# and scripting commonly used in build automation.

• Experience working with large Perforce depots.

• Familiarity with the Unreal Build System and Horde.

• Familiarity with cloud-based CI/CD workflows (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Passionate about invisible excellence – making everything "just work” for other teams.

• Committed to documentation and reproducibility of infrastructure.

• Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
