As part of our OE (Original Equipment) Operations, we supply tires directly to car makers for new vehicle production. To strengthen our OE team in Hankook Tire Netherlands B.V, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented OE Operation Jr Specialist.

What you will do

OE Customer SCM Management

• Coordinate supply chain management processes for OE customers.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics flow.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations.

Master Data Management

• Maintain and update pricing, part numbers, and related master data.
• Guarantee accuracy and consistency across systems and departments.

Data Management for Stakeholders

• Handle large volumes of operational data for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Safeguard data integrity, availability, and security.

RFQ Management

• Administer RFQ processes for warehouse procurement.
• Maintain historical data to support efficiency and transparency.

What we are looking for

Must-haves

• HBO degree (University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and financial processes.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of VAT regulations and reporting.
• German language skills.
• Experience with RFQ/procurement processes.
• Experience with ERP/SCM systems.
